     eeeexxxxcccceeeepppptttt runs _p_r_o_g_r_a_m with the given arguments.

     If _p_r_o_g_r_a_m exits 0, eeeexxxxcccceeeepppptttt exits 100.  If _p_r_o_g_r_a_m exits 111,
     eeeexxxxcccceeeepppptttt  exits  111.   If _p_r_o_g_r_a_m exits anything else, eeeexxxxcccceeeepppptttt
     exits 0.
