Celebrating 30 years of success!! In December 2006, Solartech International Holdings Limited is celebrating the Group’s 30th Anniversary and its 10th Anniversary of listing on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong (Stock code: 1166). 2006 is an important year for Solartech as, in addition to celebrating its anniversaries, the Group has also reached numerous milestones during the year. In August 2006, Solartech acquired Brascabos Componentes Elétricos e Eletrônicos Ltda., which has given it an immediate foothold in Latin America and the capability to diversify its business to cover the automobile market. With its new plants in the PRC and Thailand starting operation, Solartech also saw its production capacity greatly enhanced for meeting ever-increasing customer demands.
