&history= Agnes Huang School of Ballet, formerly Hong Kong Children’s Arts Academy,was founded by Agnes Huang in 1986. Its aim is to cultivate and develop children’s artistic talent through dancing. The school fosters the education and appreciation of classical ballet for both the beginning student and the professional dancer. In a caring environment, students share the joy of learning the art of dance and grow in confidence, concentration and self-motivation. The school offers a comprehensive curriculum from pre-school dance to advanced classes in ballet. The school has seen outstanding achievements from its students since its establishment. Karen Ng received the South China Morning Post Most Outstanding Dance Student award in 1993. Our senior students, Fok Tsz Shan and Chan Tsz Hin were prize winners at the Hong Kong Young Ballet Stars Award organized by the Hong Kong Ballet Group in 2000. Tam Wai Ting, a prize winner at the same event, obtained a Bronze medal in 2001.
